Redmond Lights is a celebration of traditions, cultures and faiths.
This winter festival event honors holiday spirit through public gatherings, symbolic decorations and a special event that reflects Redmond’s diversity. The fun starts at City Hall Plaza with fun activities and a festive tree lighting. Enjoy musical entertainment, refreshments and kids activities; then join in the Luminary Walk between City Hall Plaza and Redmond Town Center . You'll arrive at Redmond Town Center where you can enjoy tastes of complimentary holiday treats, kids’ crafts and entertainment from our community and around the world.
City Hall Plaza
Enjoy fun activities and a festive tree lighting. Enjoy musical entertainment, refreshments, and kids activities.
Be sure to participate in the Luminary Walk to receive your FREE Redmond Lights Holiday blinker. The blinkers will be passed out after the Tree Lighting, in City Hall Plaza starting at 4pm, while supplies last.
Sammamish Trail Luminary Walk
Immediately following the tree lighting at City Hall Plaza, join us for a magical winter walk along the Sammamish River. Enjoy sounds of the seasons, and hundreds of luminaries and light displays. Warm your hands over a crackling fire and enjoy a warm beverage at Luke McRedmond Park.
